Return and Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; THESE ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE.

Can I return my order? Yes, that is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you have the option of returning them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, your order must meet the following conditions:

1. The order still contains all the correct parts, components and packaging as when the product was received.

2. Normal handling of the product is recognizable, breakage due to improper handling is excluded.

3. Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the start of the return process.

4. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

6. The return shipment will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, officially confirmed within that period.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of products if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow these steps to start the return process.

Make sure the email contains the following information:

Order number

Reason for the refund request

First and last name of the customer

Name and address of the product (for damaged products, please provide your return address).

Never send returns to the sender. We will send you the correct address if you request it from us. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment.

The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to his commercial or professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled immediately upon placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process before delivery, so no refund is available after the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Everis) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email). The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

Registering shipments in transit

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, it is not possible to cancel them. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. You can, of course, inform us in advance of the cancellation.

To ensure that you receive a quick return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN EUROPE.
